Wanted: Homeplace Staff. Must have a desire to work alongside, and compassion for, our aging population.
This—compassion and desire—we feel is a required attitude needed to be successful at Homeplace. This desired attribute will be listed in every job description that Homeplace of Henderson publishes in the next months as we gear up to our opening date. No matter what job a prospective employee applies for, these are the key ingredients we’re looking for.

- Direct Caregivers (State Registered Nurse Aides and Non-Certified)
- Director of Wellness (Nurse)
- Dietary Personnel and the Director of Culinary Services
- Housekeeping
- Maintenance Technician
- Activity Personnel and the Director of Life Enrichment
- Director of Sales
- Administrative Assistant
Closer to our opening in summer, we will be holding on-site job fairs in which interested jobseekers can meet the team and see what we do. We will be finalizing our initial hires in late May. An onboarding for all hires will be held in late June in preparation for our opening in the summer.
At full staff, we will have about 60 jobs, but at opening, we’re not quite sure. The number of jobs then will be determined by the number of residents who are coming to live with us.
Our push for today—again—is to emphasize that we want people of high ethics who are proud of the important job they are doing.
