Ella Chandler

My name is Ella Chandler and I am the Life Enrichment Director at the Homeplace of Henderson on Adams Lane. I have dedicated seven years to our community, initially serving as a caregiver for five years before transitioning into my current role nearly two years ago.

My passion lies in creating meaningful programs that enhance the lives of our residents. In my role as Life Enrichment Director, I have found true fulfillment in developing enriching experiences that foster joy, purpose, and connection, ultimately contributing to the well-being of those I serve.

Outside of work, I cherish my role as a mother to my two daughters, Leighton and Paisley. I am committed to balancing family life with my passion for enriching the lives of others.
