Hannah Wadlington

Hello, I’m Hannah Wadlington, formerly Beaven. I am a graduate of the University of Kentucky and have over 9 years of experience in senior healthcare. Throughout my life I have always had a desire and passion to serve others, especially the seniors in our community.

Immediately following college, I helped start up an assisted living in Lexington where I learned the ins and outs of senior living in Kentucky. Following that, I took a job in Owensboro to move closer to “home”, where I was the Area Manager for senior living communities in the area with Encompass Home Health.

This opened the door for me to become the Administrator of the Adams Lane property, where I have maintained the position since 2019. Everyday I am faced with a new challenge, but I can truly say it is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done and allows me to continue fulfilling the passion I have to care for our elder population.

I am happily married to my husband, Michael, who I share a daughter with, June Collins. We reside in Union County, where we were both born and raised. Henderson holds a special place in my heart and I love to serve the local community by being a part of the Rotary Club, Henderson Healthcare Networking, Henderson Leadership Initiative, Chamber of Commerce and the HCHS Health Science Advisory Committee.

I have committed myself to making a difference in the senior living world by looking for opportunities and advancements to contribute to our local senior community. I have learned a lot from spending time with our residents, but the biggest thing is to cherish every moment you have with your loved one because you never know when it may be your last. Every resident that has passed through our Adams Lane property has left a long lasting impression on me that I will never forget or take for granted.
