Hayley Gaddis

My name is Hayley Gaddis, and I’m the Life Enrichment Director at Homeplace of Henderson on Adams Lane. I’ve been part of this wonderful community for almost two years, and recently transitioned into my new role after serving as the Dietary Manager. With over eight years of experience in senior care and hospitality, I bring a deep love for creating meaningful moments—whether through food, fun, or friendship.

In my role, I’m passionate about getting to know our residents, helping them express themselves through activities, and finding creative ways to brighten each day. I believe in treating our residents like family, celebrating their individuality, and fostering a warm, joyful environment where everyone feels valued.

My background in nutrition and food service from the University of North Dakota taught me the importance of holistic care—nourishing both body and spirit. I’m proud to bring that same dedication to my work in life enrichment, where creativity, organization, and genuine connection come together to make a difference.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife of seven years and a busy mom to three energetic boys and four dogs. I love reading, baking, shopping, taking walks, and spending quality time with my family. Every day, I feel grateful to work in a place where I can share my creativity, compassion, and heart with those who inspire me most — our residents.
