Hayley Gaddis

My name is Hayley Gaddis and I am the Dietary Manager at Homeplace of Henderson on Adams Lane. With over 8 years of experience, I’m dedicated to creating a positive dining experience for our residents through thoughtful meal planning and excellent customer service.

My expertise includes problem-solving, creativity, organization, and strong communication, all of which help me work seamlessly with my team. I also completed a class in Nutrition and Food Service at the University of North Dakota, which has helped shape my approach to nutrition in the workplace.

I’m a proud wife of 7 years and a mom to 3 energetic boys and 4 dogs. When I’m not working, I love to read, bake, take walks and enjoy quality family time. I truly love my job because it gives me the chance to build meaningful relationships with the residents through food, something I find both fulfilling and rewarding.
