Providing Answers to Families

Sometimes, many times actually in senior healthcare, people refrain from asking questions because they believe they should already know the answer. The types of questions that people are hesitant to ask include:

  • What’s the difference between Medicare and Medicaid?
  • What’s the difference between memory care and assisted living?
  • Will Homeplace accommodate residents’ special dietary needs?
  • Are people with ambulatory concerns allowed to live at Homeplace?

From the title of this blog post, you probably already know where this is going, and it goes like this: there are no dumb questions. So ask! We are always open and always available to answer any questions you have—and that means any. We just want people to call us and not feel discouraged.

It doesn’t matter if your questions concern aspects of senior care outside our scope of service or not even related to Homeplace. Maybe you have no current intention of bringing your elder loved one to Homeplace to live, and you want to know what the price range for caregivers providing care in the home to your loved one. Or maybe you want to know the best way to set up your elder loved one’s home bathing arrangement. Both are legitimate questions not directly related to us or our business. That’s okay! Call and ask and we’ll help the best we can.

We want people to walk away from this blog knowing that Homeplace cares. Don’t ever feel discouraged to not ask questions. That’s just not the case. If you’ve learned nothing from this blog, know this—don’t hesitate to call us, no matter the question. We want to answer your questions.
