CENTRAK CALL PENDANTS · GREEN RIVER ROAD AND ADAMS LANE
Your CenTrak call pendant sends a call to caregivers’ phones and workstations with your room-level location.
On campus only: the pendant won’t reach our staff when you are away from the community.
Every assisted living resident receives a CenTrak call pendant with their apartment, and we encourage wearing it at all times. In memory care, we use pendants when a resident’s situation calls for one.
WANDER MANAGEMENT · GREEN RIVER ROAD MEMORY CARE
Memory care entrances are secured. For residents who wear a pendant, TruView lets us set an individual safe zone. If a resident wearing a pendant enters an unsafe zone, caregivers are alerted.
MEDICAL ALERT · HOMEPLACE COURT AND COTTAGES
Every independent living home includes VRI medical alert at no extra cost. Live VRI care specialists answer 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You choose up to three contacts. Each can be a responder who comes to help, a notify-only contact, or a key holder.
You can also list your physician and preferred hospital. VRI has provided emergency response services for more than 35 years.
FORESITE · GREEN RIVER ROAD ONLY
Foresite helps our team spot changes early and alerts staff to a fall.
Privacy matters. Foresite uses depth sensors, not traditional cameras. They capture shape and movement, with no faces or identifiable images. This includes the sensors in memory care bathrooms.
Every Green River Road apartment has Foresite installed.
The optional bed sensor tracks sleep restlessness, time out of bed, and changes in heart rate and breathing without touching you.
Foresite reports more than 97% accuracy in detecting falls. It supports our team's attention and judgment and never replaces it.
Apartment depth sensors are included. Bathroom depth sensors were added in 2026 and are also included.
Foresite is optional in Green River Road assisted living. A bed sensor is a separate paid add-on in both assisted living and memory care.

We built EasyCare with a local software developer to support care in assisted living and memory care.

ALLY THERAPY & WELLNESS · ALL FOUR COMMUNITIES
ALLY Therapy & Wellness serves all four Homeplace communities, with a clinic inside Homeplace at Adams Lane.
The locally owned practice was founded by Ali Vowels, COTA/L, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with 13+ years working with older adults.
ALLY accepts Medicare Part B. You don’t need to be homebound, but a doctor’s referral for outpatient therapy is required.
You may choose your own therapy provider. Ask us how coverage works.
VISITING PROVIDERS
Visiting providers offer another way to receive care close to home. Ask which services are available at the community you’re considering.
An APRN-C can serve as your primary care provider or see you for sick visits.
Support for anxiety, depression, and behavior changes.
Hearing aid cleaning, repairs, and fitting.
Foot care visits every 60–90 days. Medicare covers many visits.
A cheek-swab test to help doctors choose medications for anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
Physical, occupational, and speech therapy at all four communities.
You can keep your own doctors and choose your providers. Ask us how coverage works for each service.

Foresite is available only at Homeplace at Green River Road, 3104 Green River Road. Apartment and bathroom depth sensors are included in memory care. Foresite is an optional paid service in assisted living. The bed sensor is a separate paid option in either setting.
Not every one. Foresite reports that its sensors detect falls with more than 97% accuracy, so a small share of falls may go undetected. It also can't prevent every fall. Foresite helps our team spot changes early and respond quickly. It never replaces personal care or staff judgment.
No. You may choose your own therapy provider. ALLY Therapy & Wellness is a local option serving all four Homeplace communities.
