Help me compare my optionsCOSTS & WHAT’S INCLUDED
The monthly price is only part of the comparison. Ask for current pricing for the specific home and living option you are considering, along with a clear explanation of included services and additional charges.
See what is included with each living option:
Your monthly home rate
Covers your apartment or cottage and the included amenities listed for that location.
Additional services and recurring fees
Depending on your living option and needs, personal support, optional services, or fees for a second occupant or pet may add to the monthly total. Memory care includes a package of personal support; some services are additional.
Move-in and other fees
An entrance fee and other applicable charges are separate from the monthly home rate.
Ask our team for an itemized quote showing your monthly total and any separate fees before you decide.
Your housing payment may not reflect the full cost of maintaining your home. Include utilities, groceries, repairs, yard work, transportation, and any paid assistance.
Then identify which expenses would be included at Homeplace and which would continue. Services and arrangements can differ by community and living option.
Ask what is included in the quote, what could add to the cost, what is due at move-in, and how changes in services or rates are communicated. Review the agreement, notice requirements, cancellation terms, and refund terms before deciding.
Confirm eligibility, coverage, and payment arrangements directly with your insurer or benefits office. Ask Homeplace what documentation the community can supply.
Share your preferred location, living option, approximate timeline, and apartment preferences. If you are still comparing choices, tell us that too. You do not need a finished budget to ask questions.
Yes. Residents can move between any of our four communities as their needs change, from independent living to assisted living to memory care at Green River Road, or between our assisted living or independent living communities. Every move starts with a free assessment, and current residents are offered an opening before people on our waiting list.
