Breakfast is residents’ choice every day, with a daily special like pancakes, French toast or waffles. Eggs your way, bacon or sausage, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cream of wheat, cereal, toast, yogurt parfaits and fresh fruit are always available.

Lunch: country fried steak with cream gravy, mashed potatoes, spinach and a chocolate chip brownie, with French onion soup.
Dinner: Polish sausage and sauerkraut, fried potatoes, cornbread and cherry cobbler.

Not in the mood for the special? At Green River Road and Adams Lane, the Always Available menu includes burgers, chicken and chicken tenders, baked fish, fried shrimp, grilled cheese, ham or turkey sandwiches served hot or cold, pimento cheese and chicken salad sandwiches, baked potatoes and fries, the daily soup and salad bar, and ice cream.

In 2026, the dietary teams at both Green River Road and Adams Lane earned perfect 100% scores on their local Health Department inspections. Our culinary team also placed third in the state in the 2024 Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities culinary competition.
